Studio Policy

To ensure that each client has an exceptional service experience, we require all clients to abide by our policies.

By booking your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies:

Late/Grace Period

We respect everyones designated service time. In order to run smoothly, we ask that you be on time to your appointment. There's always traffic on US27 so plan accordingly.

If running late, we provide a 5 minute grace period. However, you have to be inside the treatment room by then, not parking or in the bathroom.

After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a No-Call/No-Show and your account will be charged the full amount of services booked.

Reschedules

A 20% rescheduling fee will be added to appointments that request a change of time on the same day.

Cancellations

We understand unanticipated things happen. We try to be as flexible as possible if given enough notice. Any cancelled appointments with less than 24 hour notice will result in you being charged 100% of the scheduled services. Any changes to your appointment such as the time, services booked, time and date, must be done before the 24 hour mark. If we have you down for multiple services and you decide you want to remove a service the day of, you'll be charged the full amount of said service.

Our system sends out a courtesy reminder text 24 hours before your appt. If you unsubscribed then you will not receive the reminder. However, you're still responsible for making it to your appt.

Recurring cancellations will result in us permanently blocking your ability to schedule appointments at our studio.

No-Call/No-Show

Not showing up to your appt without any notice is never okay. I can be reached and made aware of what's going on.

Should you miss your appointment without notifying us, 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to your account. One occurrence of No Call/No Show will permanently restrict the ability to schedule future appointments with us. No exceptions

Guests/Kids in Room

Kids are allowed in the room with the condition that they're seated quietly and don't interfere with the service. We ask that any extra guests wait in the lobby area as we don't allow them in the room while client is being serviced.
